After nearly 25 years in practice, we pride ourselves as a firm, specifically with reference to the field of Conveyancing, with the following focus in the execution of our duties:
– a strong focus to act at all times in the best interest and on instruction of the client who appointed us as conveyancers;
– extensive experience, expert knowledge and hard work, enables us to protect and promote our clients’ interests;
– to secondly, also protect and consider the interests of the other parties involved in a property transaction;
– excellent supportive administrative staff, who share our passion for service;
– personal attention to detail / consultations with an attorney only;
– to build and maintain personal relations with clients;
– applying integrity and decency in liaising with clients/ role players;
– always looking for new ways to simplify things, despite the challenges we/our clients may need to face in the globe we face today.

We have immense gratitude for our many loyal clients, many whom we met as strangers but who have become dear friends. Loyalty today is a scarce commodity and worthy of being named a rare treasure. We treasure a long lasting relationship with a valued client, based on mutual trust and goodwill.
