In hierdie grys regs-wêreld moet ‘n praktisyn dikwels balans vind om die beste uitkoms vir die kliënt te verseker. Na ongeveer 25 jaar in praktyk, is ons trots om te sê dat ons spesifiek met verwysing na transportbesorging, fokus op die volgende:

– om tweedens, ook die belange van ander partye wat in die transaksie betrokke is, te oorweeg en te bevorder binne etiese riglyne;
– uitstekende administratiewe personeel wat ons passie vir dienslewering deel;
– persoonlike aandag aan detail, konsultasies slegs met professionele personeel;
– om persoonlike verhoudings met kliënte te bou en te laat gedy;
– die handhawing van ordentlikheid en integriteit wanneer met kliënte/rolspelers omgegaan word;
– ‘n gedurige soeke na eenvoudige oplossings te midde van die vele uitdagings wat ons en ons kliënte in die hedendaagse milieu trotseer.
Ons is dankbaar vir vele lojale kliënte, wie ons dikwels as vreemdelinge ontmoet maar as vriende groet. Lojaliteit is vandag ‘n rare en kosbare skat. Ons koester ‘n langdurige verhouding met ‘n gewaardeerde kliënt, wat gebasseer is op wedersyde vertroue en respek.
Geliewe daarop te let dat ons nooit bankbesonderhede sal wysig by wyse van ‘n oproep / e-pos of teksboodskap nie. Ons bankbesonderhede sal voorsien word deur ‘n gekodeerde staat en ons personeel sal bystand verleen met die kode vir doeleindes van betaling. Ons adviseer dat u betalings aan ons met groot omsigtigheid hanteer, en in geval van enige onsekerheid, ons kantoor kontak.
